Keymanna Paulas is an Entertainment Business Professional and Entrepreneur seasoned in talent management, event management, marketing and branding.

Paulas represents the industries leading celebrity personalities in radio, songwriters, music producers, singers, business moguls, organizations and brands.

Paulas began her career while working her way through college.  Managing local singers and realizing that the business of music and entertainment was her niche she was afforded the opportunity to work at Epic Records under the executive wing of former V.P of Urban Promotions La’Verne Perry Kennedy.  Paulas was also a contributor to the North Star Group, a non-profit organization founded and run by entertainment attorney and business mogul L.Londell McMillan current owner of Source Magazine.  Paulas’s work on major public relations campaigns and the production of high profile events fueled her passion to aid and support the development of brands and the careers of entertainment professionals.  Leading to the founding of management firm Keymanna Management.

As Chief Executive Officer of Keymanna Management, Paulas runs the day to day of the full service talent and event management firm. Keymanna Management provides consulting, custom marketing, branding and management services to clients in fashion, music, film/television, sports, and technology field.

A Board Member and the Official Event Manager of  The National Black Chamber of Commerce, The Illinois Black Chamber of Commerce and The New York State Black Chamber of Commerce; Paulas  works closely with the Chamber’s founders in support of entrepreneurial and community initiatives.

Keymanna Paulas is a dedicated advocate for the education and empowerment of entrepreneurs and youth.  She has founded the “For The Love Of The Game” Awards and “House Key Music Project”.  For The Love Of The Game, recognizes leaders in the field of business and entertainment.

“House Key Music Project” with a growing Board of Directors to include Educators, Musicians, Law Makers, Parents and Artists who are committed to the importance of returning music and the arts to the curriculum of every student. This program is dedicated to connecting teaching musicians to parents/students interested bringing music education back into the household.

Paulas is also the co-founder of the organization and program Music Biz 101, partneredwith Brian Jones, who have successfully empowered hundreds of students in the New York City Tri State and Seattle, WA through their Music Biz 101 Business Program.  Music Biz 101 is an 8-week interactive business class set in the form of a fully functional record label.  Students are encouraged to explore creative and executive careers in the field of entertainment. The program teaches the basic business skills that are expected in all forms of business while promoting continued education.

Currently Keymanna Paulas adds Chief Operating Officer of The Georgia Entertainment Association to her title. As the C.O.O. Paulas is responsible for the daily operation, planning, program execution and corporate relations. She continues to advocate and build effective resources for the creatives and executives in Film, TV, Music, Sports and Visual Arts.
